Swap issue

Hi, 4 sky agents not been able to resolve this....I wanted to swap my 2 mobiles one is mine one is daughters,both due for upgrade chose 2 new phones both same makes..it would only allow the one swap to take place as I expect I have to swap hers as a new swap...I stupidly ordered 2 new phones which came today.  .now if I go to swap hers it's asking me to choose a phone so I can't go through with the swap .can anyone help..ps. I can only text as I have a hearing issue.

I'm afraid we are all customers here so can't help you I'm afraid. I would try contacting Sky as you did before and hopefully you will get through to someone who can help.
