might I suggest that when anyone starts a new discussion the forum could bring up a screen in Red large font

 

You are not contacting Sky by posting on this Forum

 

and an option to continue or not.

 

80% of new discussions are people thinking they are contacting Sky

The Account Forum does see a lot of billing related questions aimed at Sky so perhaps after someone goes to start a new thread that a page appears that states that you are not contacting Sky by posting on here with perhaps a link to options to contact Sky.
