Streaming problems
Streaming services (Neflix, Amazon, Youtube, Disney) are constantly being interrupted on my LGTV; this has only happened since I changed from Bt internet to Sky. My internet speed is 71, so this should not be happening. And the chat option is always busy.
I am seriously thinking about changing back to BT

Re: Streaming problems
@JackSkel Presumably your TV is connected vioa wifi which can be prone to interference, try using Ethernet to the router.

Re: Streaming problems
You buy an ethernet cable of the required length from, say, Amazon and plug the RJ45 plug into your TV ethernet LAN socket and then the other end into the LAN ethernet RJ45 socket of the Sky router.
Zen internet on FTTP (900Mbps down, 100Mbps up). SAT> IP (Apple 4K 2nd gen TV to LG C1 OLED UHD TV/Dolby Atmos Denon AVR, DacMagic Plus for Hi-Res audio), hosting own blog/forum (cluster), OPNsense & Zenarmor L4/L7 NGFW & DPI IDS/IPS, Asus ET12 Pro Tri-Band wifi, Linux, Gamer: Xbox Series X/i7 laptop, round-robin DNS over HTTPS, non-proprietary VoIP HD AMR-WB (G.722.2) and more... Beta tester Apple iOS/watchOS/tvOS/iPadOS/macOS.

Re: Streaming problems
Depending on the quality of your electrical mains system you could try ethernet homeplugs that pass the ethernet over the electrical home wiring?

Unfortunately almost certainly due to the poorer wireless performance of the Sky Q Hub compared to either of the BT Smart Hub products, and nothing to do with the internet connection itself.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Re: Streaming problems
@JackSkel Sky's lines like BT's are always busy and the voice system can be very annoying. The lines are quietest early mornings before 9 and after 9pm normally and the wait is rarely as long as the time given. If you use your landline and dial 150 the call is free. If you are in your first month Sky will release you from contract but do talk to them g[before switching back to BT.
However it is almost certainly poor wifi signal that is causing your streaming issues that is something that is inherent in streaming video over wifi which switching to Ethernet either direct or over powerline as already suggested would fix. TVs are always difficult as they have their wifi aerials at the back behind the chassis that bocks a lot of signal especialy if the tv is wall mounted. It is often not a bandwidth issue as such but jitter caused by interference from neighbour's networks etc that causes the problem.
Sky's standard flat hub is not the best wifi router, their newer vertical hub is far better but you often need to add the Broadband Boost bundle at £5 per month to get one.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

So to get anything close to a 'resonable' router you need to pay an additional £5 per month and reset your broadband contract 🤔. I'm leaving as soon as I can once again the Sky broadband exeprince has been awful.
