Stop contacting me after sending debt agency to me

After leaving sky and sending everything back to them. I had it confirmed I owed nothing over the phone to now I am receiving set collector letters for £35, for what?! I was told it was clear if I sent all equipment back which I did and I kept there post office reciept For this. Sky then have the cheek to continue to contact me via post and email asking me to come back..... someone can contact me to discuss and sort this out but I won't be signing back up again that's for sure

@Bhuna87   You not talking directly to Sky as this is a customer helps customer forum, Sky won't respond or contact yo on the back of a forum post.  The post may be picked up by a Sky employee.

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
