Specific channels frozen (RTE 1 & 2 / Virgin Media / TG4 )

Channels are frozen from just after 9pm this evening. RTE 1 & 2, Virgin Media and TG4. All other channels are functioning correctly. Maynooth area.

Have checked multiple Sky boxes in the house. All the exact same.

Anyone else seeing this? Also why is there no live chat support? Can't get through by phone.

All Live TV frozen in Ireland. Can somebody shed some light on the issue please.

My Sky tv froze I unplugged and left it for 2 mins the plugged back in waited for sky box to reboot when it did all theses channels were frozen and still are 😡 RTÉ 1, RTÉ HD , VIRGIN ONE , TG4 and VIRGIN TWO

Same issue with me, i am currently going through system software update wish i had seen this post sooner 😞

Yeah im the same shut down unplugged but back on now

Hi, I'm the same, reset the box three times and all Irish channels are frozen in time across main box and multiroom box. Weird!

Thank you for posting. I thought it was my box. Not looking forward to waiting 40 or 50 minutes before I get to talk to a rep
