Skyqminibox not working

Our skyq mini box doesn't work. I just says HDMI player3 and won't go any further than that.  Help please

hi @Resilience 

try removing the  power cord or switching off at the mains for at least 30s before reconnectng.

Aslo unplug and re-seat the HDMI cable at both ends

@Resilience if @nigea99 advice doesn't work can you make sure your TV is on the correct hdmi source you should be able to cycle through all of the hdmi sources with your TV remote
