Sky will not turn on. I press home key and nothing happens

When I press home key on remote control Sky Q box does not turn on

When I press the home key on the remote control nothing happens.  Sky does not turn on.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@S+J+GrayWhilst the home button should work have you tried the on/off button and does the light on your Q box turn from orange to green.
