Sky store

My partner and I have separated so I need to start my own sky account but is there anyway that I can transfer the sky store purchases to me so that the children still have all of the films we bought them on the sky boxes rather than just online?

Hi @clyon2003

purchased movies can only be linked to one account which is the one used to purchase them.. If that Sky account is to be closed then movies purchased on that account can be moved to a Sky store only account for viewing online - but not to another Sky box

if the existing Sky TV account is in your name you could transfer that account to your new address then your partner could start again with a new account - but then they wouldn't have access to the previously purchased movies

If the account is in your partners name then no this isn't possible I'm afraid as the purchases can not be moved from this account to another one I'm afraid.
