Hi there

we rented Spider-Man this evening from sky store but the movie was glitching so bad we had to turn it off. We watched the first 20 mins but it was just too bad to keep watching.

Try deleting it (and delete it again from the deleted section) and then "rent" it again, if you only started watching the film tonight you can watch it as many times as you want within 24 hours.
