Sky store movie disappeared

I bought Le Mans 66 on Sunday 29th March to rent. We watched half of it on Sunday. We went to watch the second half on Monday 30th March and it had gone. It is not in purchased nor deleted. I checked my account this morning and I have been charged for the purchase

We you start watching a rented film you have 48 hours from that point to finish watching it before it is automatically removed. It would have given you the deletion date and time in the program synopsis area.

Thank you for your response. The film was deleted before 48 hours were up, indeed it was deleted within 24 hours.

The same thing happened to us, movie disappeared after about 22 hours... What happened in the end with your movie? Have Sky sorted?

We have just had the same thing happen. We downloaded Jumanji on the night of 20th June, we watched half of it, then we wanted to watch the second half on 21st June (Now) and it's gone from our system. What can we do???
