Updates 1 of 2 only having issues with 1 of my 3 mini boxes. SKY engineer came put last week to change main sky Q box after remote assistance found problems,  tried unplugging, holding sky button then reconnecting instead of message , sky mini box restarted like nothing wrong! Been happening for 4 days, every morning same thing happens, I get a update 1 of 2 failed , switch off reset then sky is  back working. Awaiting engineer 

For some unplugging your system then holding the sky button in before you switch back on, then once update message appears release button has worked!
