Sky q box no internet

Sky q box won't connect to the new broadband router. Was working fine the other day. I have tried to connect but says press eps button which I have,but still no  joy. I have unplugged everything and turned back on

Hi @Podge+Wyatt 

Have you tried the manual method (not WPS) by selecting your SSID and entering your WiFi Password?

New Router, is that a Sky Q Hub or other ISP like BT.

Have you also tried a reboot of your router?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes tried that. Phone and iPad is connected ok
