Sky+hd but sky q card

Hi!

I got a Sky+HD machine but I received a sky q card, due to my building satelite connection I couldn't get sky q. Now the channels come up as This viewing card is not authorised? However when I try to watch the same channels via my ps4 or sky go it works perfectly. Does anyone knows how to sort it out?

The card you received for Sky Q should work in your Sky+ box so have you tried it if your Sky+ one is no longer allowing access to the pay channels.
