Sky go

I've downloaded skygo app on my Asus Vivobook but all I get is a black screen.  As suggested on other posts ive dragged via the side bar to get blue screen with white arrow in centre but there nothing else loads up.  As far as I can see my vivobook meets the min operating requirements.  My details are processer: AMD Ryzen 3 3200U Radeon Vega Mobile GFX 2.60ghz,    RAM 4.00gb,  O/S windows 10, Video card AMD Radeon {TM} Vega 3 Graphics {Ive no idea what all this means lol, but im sure someone will be able to just say whether the app will or will not work, or if there is a way round it??}.  Or is it possible to log in and  watch sky through a browser {I do have a full subscription}  many thanks

Have you tried dragging the corner of the black box to make it bigger to see if Sky Go then burts into life ?
