Why is it I can't get Onto sky go when I have been on last week

I can get on the sky go app but when I go to watch anything it is telling me I have upgrade to watch this programme but nothing in my sky account has changed

If you are trying to watch something from the boxset section you would need to be subscribing to the boxset section so is this what you are trying to watch or is it live TV ?
