Sky go crashing when started (Amazon fire 8 7th gen)

Hi,

For the last few weeks my sky go has shown the blue sky go loading page on opening and then crashes. I have tried reinstalling the app however the same problem persists. Does anyone have any ideas on the problem? Based on the system requirements shown online this device should still be compatible with sky go.
