I am unable to login to sky go on iPhone or iPad. Just get message saying cannot connect to the sky go app. Any suggestions? I called sky but they just said they had a few similar complaints and was likely an issue with the app and to check back later but still same issue

Yes I've already done that and also deleted and restarted the apps on both devices. Still same problem

Only today as I've only just got sky back again but the man I've spoke to when getting sky again said it would work straight away then when my tv package starts on the 22nd oct I would have to pay to watch sky cinema and sky sports
