Sky cinema trial

Just signed up to a 4 week trial and had a couple of questions 

 

1 I don't want to continue beyond the free trial how do I serve notice? 

2 under the sky cinema app if I download movies will I be charged whilst I'm in the trial?

@Asdaq I would call tomorrow and give your 31 days notice to cancel.

@Asdaq usually you would have to give notice when you order to avoid charges. You can download sky movies just not the box office ones.

Hi I actually called them the next day and was told to cancel just before the trial ends and I will end up getting 2 months instead of 1 without paying extra

 

Hope that's true if it's not then they have the notes kn the system as I was adamant he puts it on the notes
