Sky VIP win not working Shane warne audiobook

I recently received an email to say I had won a copy of the Shane warne autobiography on audiobook. 
However, once I input my details I'm given a link to Google play to download but it doesn't work. I get the below message.

I would contact Sky Support for advice.
