Sky Tv

My sky Q box has stopped working so we are now unable to watch any tv through our sky

@LRT1991Give us a clue what has happened  and someone may be able to help.

Have you tried resetting the box by turning the power off waiting a few minutes and turning it back on. That cures lots of things.

@LRT1991  Your post doesn't tell anyone anything of any use, is what way isn't it working?  What have you done to remedy the issue/  Anything? Nothing?

 

Have you looked at the help guides available at sky.com?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
