My Sky Sports News and Sky News channels keep freezing or pixelating?

This also occurs when I watch CNN news.

I can watch any other Sky Sports channel ok, even if they are live programmes.

Hi did you fix this problem

Some of my sports channels are doing the same

I've changed to Sky Q now but it still pixalates and freezes for a few seconds during recorded programmes on the second hub.
