I just recently upgraded Sky box to a Sky Q box plus bought a new Samsung TV 4K. I paired the Sky Q to my Samsung remote so that I can use only one remote control however I've noticed that when I select
Sky in the Home page near the apps. With the Samsung remote it takes me to
Sky homepage which is great but I can't change the sky channels using the Samsung remote. Why?
I also, selected the Google Assistant from Samsung but I can't use in when I'm on Sky homepage. Would love to have one remote control with one voice function. Any help. Ty
