Sky Q box no internet

Hi , 

 over last  month my sky Q box keeps dropping out , I've tryed reconnecting to router,  I've tryed restarting sky Q box, tryed  resarting the router ,  I've factory reset sky Q box , I've tryed everything ,  sometimes  if I'm lucky it stays connected for  a couple of days  and then drops out 

pits driving  me NUTS !!,!

please help

Oh forgot to say  my internet is fine on all other devices

It's running at 59 Mbps
