Sky Q always out of sound sync
I have had sky Q for around 6 month .
I have issues with sound being out of sync on live and recorded TV.
I also have the issue of the occasional momentary picture freeze/fuzz or complete sound drop, this isn't always just occasionally and only momentary.
The sound sync being out is constant, I have tried all the delay settings but none of them fix it, I have also bought a new Hdmi cable, the only way the sound syncs is if I completely power off the box but it will eventually go back out of sync.
The sound sync on apps like Prime, Netflix and Disney + is fine it is only on live and recorded TV, Incidentally the sound sync on the multi-room mini box is fine also .
Any advice would be great .

Hi @69James
Try a Reset Settings in the hidden menu. Don't know if it will help
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
Press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair

Re: Sky Q always out of sound sync
Hi @69James on another discussion regarding sound being out of sync they found that having the TV set to some Gaming & other video processing settings affected this.
I don't remember the specifics but worth checking to see if you have any such settings on the mode and/or HDMI input being used for SKY in case these are part of the problem

Re: Sky Q always out of sound sync
It's quite common to feel the need for negative numbers in the audio sync, to hold up the video.
I solved this audio delay issue but it was specifically via something I bought to allow me to use HDMI ARC on an Optical-only soundbar. What's your set up? How is your Q box connected? What TV is it? Any soundbar or AV equipment?

Re: Sky Q always out of sound sync
It's a LG webos TV, I don't use a sound bar and the connection between TV and Sky Q box is HDMI, the sound setting on TV is standard (user)
