Re: Sky HDR

I have the Sky Q HDR box arriving today. How do I logout of My Account on my current box, I can't see the option on the menu.

Thanks in advance.

I will try not to forget to remove my card 😊

Re: Sky HDR

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

You don't need to log out. If you want you can factory reset the box however it's not needed as Sky will do it for you when they get the box back @Sky+Go+lfer

Re: Sky HDR

Well a few of us still waiting for ANY kind of information. one month on from - Upgrades starting in days (1st September). No email, no text, no update. I have tried to call. Cannot upgrade from 2gb to 2gb. No update here. Tried to re register online. Nothing. Could ANYONE just say, are we still bieng looked at and wait, or just lost in the system. One month on seems a long time to 'manually' sort this out soon. Frustrated as to how i can evey pay Sky £50 - PLEASE 😂

Re: Sky HDR

I've still heard nothing, from day 1 I have now registered  5 times and each time it said, thank you there is nothing else you have to do, we will email you shortly, earlier in the posts one of the sky workers said they may have the wrong email, phone  number, mine hasn't change since I been with them  from 1993, going to stop my direct debit,

Just to see how quick they contact me, bet my phone number, email works then

Re: Sky HDR

I've still not heard anything I have put in a complaint and got nowhere, so I have sent a email to the CEO, only sent it yesterday but no reply as yet.

Ive been with sky since the early days so much for loyalty.

Re: Sky HDR

Same for me. No contact, no information, don't know if they even have my request.

Re: Sky HDR

Same here. Registered my interest back in July (and several times since) and so far nothing.

Been with Sky for a long tome; Platinum VIP; but that doesn't seem to count for anything. Cant even make a complaint as the website doesn't have that functionality during the pandemic!

Re: Sky HDR

Box swapped today, got a V3 so happy customer. HDR looks good.

Re: Sky HDR

Anyone else in the same predicament where they got the mail to upgrade and said sky dpd would be in touch but nothing? Hasn't even gone onto future bill?

Re: Sky HDR

Same as registered in July and heard nothing.......... Great customer service as always from SKY.

It is starting to get to the point where i am considering just leaving, after 20+ years as a user the way you get treated as a VIP is a joke..........................ALL WORDS AND NO ACTION

Re: Sky HDR

Well - I got my email on 4th Sept and was debating what to do <removed>  I will say that HDR does look really awesome but sports will be the real test and we are yonks away from that.  I may even re-subscribe to Cinema once HDR films become available.
