Re: Sky HDR
What did you do with the old one? Website says to have it ready to handover? Or is it a box with a label for you to send back whenever?

Re: Sky HDR
@Jbennett-360 When I did the switch to an HDR box DPD delivered, took the new box and cables out of the packaging at the door. I had the old box and cables ready and the courier packed them in the box he'd just delivered in. He already had a label and off he went. Took 3-4 minutes.

Ah, okay. I guess it figuring out when DPD will turn up and having the box unplugged and ready to hand over then!

Re: Sky HDR
@Jbennett-360 I was tracking the delivery via the DPD app so had the old box uplugged and packed ready to go back in it's original box (which I'd kept for a good reason at the time but can't recall what it was!). The DPD delivery man simply put it in the return box he'd brought, sealed it, labeled it and took it away.

Re: Sky HDR
@Jbennett-360 I got the 32B206 box which I assume is the V3 as it doesn't have the brick on the power cord that's been mentioned earlier in this thread.

Re: Sky HDR
@Jbennett-360 I got a 32B206, v3. Be prepared for the occasional sound dropouts with the v3 box that many on here are reporting (me included). There's a monster thread on here about it. In my case, they're only occasional, but others report much worse.

Re: Sky HDR
What kind of drops are we talking about?
Cut outs for a second or so or complete drops?

Re: Sky HDR
@Jbennett-360 Just momentary dropouts, randomly.

Re: Sky HDR
I have this at the moment on one of the Mini boxes connected to a Samsung TV (NU6400)
The main sky box connected to a Samsung NU7400 is fine.

Re: Sky HDR
Same here with sound drop outs on the mini box connected to Samsung MU6120, main box downstairs (with brick power supply) is fine.

Re: Sky HDR
For those who have had an issue receiving the registration email, there will be a way to order yourself via the Sky Q box that is due to go live next week. Alternatively, our agents are now in a position to be able to process the upgrades from the earlier versions.
Thanks,
