I had the same issue and the fix was a viewing card reset:

 

Power of Sky Bok at wall

Leave 30 seconds

Remove the viewing card and set aside

Powe box back on and wait about 4 mins for complete boot up

Go to one of your subscription channels

Put the card back in (Sky logo uppermost. I think)

Wit a while

All downloads should now work
