Hi, if you press mic button and ask for a channel of your choice it gets round the streaming issue.

I would hope sky are aware of a major issue so would just wait but tv comes on with voice control

Thanks for saying the voice control worked, as at least I can watch TV. But same problem here  - but at least Internet is working so I can work

Keep pressing home button and tried resetting tv but can only select a few films, voice control works though. Very annoying

Sky Glass Home Screen not working. Locked on sky cinema. Can't even call sky to discuss because the phone line are not working neither.  come on sky..... Sky glass was supposed to be the best thing ever, nothing but problems for the last 4 months !!

Same problem for myself this morning. Has anyone had any feedback from Sky yet? 

Sky Glass 55" Black , 3 months old.-Bad- Picture is not as good as my old TV (6 year old).

If the remote stops working, you are stuck.

Good- No leads other than the power.

Sound is brilliant.

I'm guessing you have Sky Glass/Stream? Yes, there's a fault. Sky are aware. Voice control still works ok.

You really need to move it sky and sort this issue, then explain what's/why it happened and if this is gonna be a regular occurrence.  If I don't get an explaination I'll be going back to sky q, which I bet o won't be the only one......

Many posts on this fault. Sky are aware and are working on it. Use your voice remote & say tv guide, works that way until Sky fix it apparently.

Last night ours wouldn't turn on at all. This morning I can't get past 'sorry there are no programmes of this type available' Not ideal when 10 mins of TV before school is the coax to get my child ready before school!! 
We've had the glass about 6 months and I'm kind of over all of these issues

Came here to find out if it was a common issue and indeed it is.
Ours too is stuck on A-Z Cinema and pressing home doesn't work.
It's affecting both Sky Glass and Sky Stream Pucks.

Using voice gets us to other options.

It looks like a classing update gone wrong.

Same issue here - talking to the TV definitely works and I  have the news on now - thanks you everyone for the guidance but, very poor sound quality - a lot of static interference - have tried switching off and on again.

No worries! I would wait until the issues with sky's service has been sorted and then perhaps switch the puck off and on and try the buttons and features again to diagnose the issue.

If there is an issue with the remote message back on this thread 👍🏻
