Sorry, there are currently no programs of this type

Does anyone else have this message today. It's on the glass and pucks so assume it's a service problem however the service checker says everything is fine , and that's all the help you can get.

Same issue here. Message saying sorry currently no programs available. Have rebooted several time.  I can use microphone on remote thanks to reading some comments. Come on sky sort it out. Can't even get through to them as they are shut till 8am

I have the same error this morning, I have switched my tv off, reset the router, switched the tv back on, went to a wired connection and the problem still persists. I wish that I had never purchased the Sky Glass TV.

I did a full recovery, turning off at wall and holding standby button in whilst powering on, it runs software update and resets the TV as per Sky help but whatever has happened has bricked my remote so I still can't do anything.

Same here mines been like this since 6ish I've also tried to update the apps ect and still no luck but I did read yesterday all sky glass customers are meant to have the new update by tomorrow (4th February) so it's probably got something to do with that?

Just to say I'm in the same boat. Really annoying - I am assuming that there are many people running around Sky HO trying to rollback the update (or trying to patch it which is an even bigger nightmare). If they've not fixed or communicated by 9am then it's a poor show.
