Sky Device PIN rejected

Downloaded first three episodes of Succession to watch offline when abroad. First two watched fine. When I tried to watch 3rd I was asked to enter my Sky Device PIN. Entered the PiN we use at home and it said incorrect. Clicked on Forgotten Password link and it just goes to Sky TV home page but no info on how to reset PIN.
