Sky Broadband Speed

Hi Everyone,

I was thinking about migrating to Sky from BT and I just looked on the deals via My Sky App

and saw that it saw the fastest download speed was 60 Is that really their fastest speed?
I did a speed test on my BT line and it was 73 down and 18 up but what wIt's the cost of BT and their Sports plus Sky it's killing me. 
Is Sky Broadband Reliable as well?

I think that is the average speed. So yours could be faster or slower

In terms of reliability sky uses the same openreach lines as bt etc so there should be no difference

The 60mbps figure would have been Sky's gurantee for your line. If you are getting 73mbps with BT then you should get that with Sky also. ISPs just quote a lower figure incase of poor conditions on your line
