Sky Boost keeps losing connection

Recently come back to sky broadband and engineer came out and fitted a sky boost as i struggle to get wifi in the house to the sky Q box Its work fantastic for 3 weeks now it will not connect to the sky Q broadband router. If i move the router next to the broadband router it will connect as soon as i move it more than a metre away it disconnects. I have reset the router, boost etc as yet no joy. Any advice would be greatly appericated

Update - spoke to customer and replaced the booster to resolve issue
