Signal and Intiallising problems

we lost the satalite signal last night, we turned the box off at the plug removed wires waited 4 mins and put back together and its still not working, the little screen is saying no signal and TV guide is saying it is Initallising and to wait, its been like this since 6pm yesterday.

we have nothing blocking the dish or near it and the weather is fine

Best to call Sky to book an engineer, who will investigate. Looks like a fault with your dish setup, or less likely, with your Sky box.
