SKY VIP National Trust reward

Hi. 

I was fortunately awarded a National Trust award recently.  I redeemed the award but having a nightmare trying to become a member for a day with the temporary memership number let alone book a location.

I have lost the page with the exempt locations but in the meantime have spent a few hours already trying to process this.

Can you advise please.

I am having exactly the same problem! I have my one day membership number but having no luck booking anywhere and as you said I no longer have the page regarding details.

I have also had the same problem

As NT were only taking bookings for a week ahead at the time of accessing the site, I now am unable to get back in to book for next weekend.

So annoying.

Not impressed at all with NT!!

Made several phone calls (voicemails) and emails. One lady emailed me back and said she'd look into it but hasn't done as yet.

I may have solved the problem

search your emails for the validated NT membership from Weticketit.

i have been informed by Sky to take this email with me when visiting the NT property.

most no longer require booking.

Looking at 'my rewards' I discovered I have been lucky and been rewarded with a National Trust day. It shows a date of 10 June, but I have no email from SKY VIP on this date or subsequently informing how I claim this.

Are you please able to advise?

I had a response from Berrington Hall, Leominster who said could use it there. I am hoping so anyway.

You needed to validate your reward before a certain date so you may have missed out.

I validated my reward before the cut off date, but haven't received any booking instructions,please help!

Most places you don't need to book.  However, I did email a couple of locations and left voicemails and someone did come back to me from Berrington Hall, who said I could use it.

Went last Thursday and took my printed message with my code from Sky and no problem.  Had a lovely day there.  Interesting history of the house and it's family members and of course the Walled Garden was very nice.  Deck chairs were placed in the little orchard for people to take a break and relax.  Recommended.

@Bobbybob123  We used ours on Saturday.

To start with I was told they were no longer valid but I pointed out that the expiry day was September. Had no problem after that.

All they required was the Sky VIP code so print off you email showing you have received the award and take that.

I contacted Sky and they sent me a copy of the confirmation email to show my code had been validated.
