SKY GLASS JUST RECEIVED AND ITS DRIVING ME INSANE TRYING TO SET IT UP!!! 

First it wouldn't link my account, now I don't have any channels!! 

any ideas??

@HollieJ33 first to check have you connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, if yes and the software has updated, then i thibk it's time to call Sky for asssitance.
