I'm outside my 31 day cooling off period , but really unhappy with sky glass . To many issues ,bugs in the system , has anybody returned sky glass after the cooling off period and gone back to sky Q ?

Re: Return sky glass
Yes I have just completed my return to Q after a few months on Glass.
If you have a fault that requires a swap out that helps.
It's likely that you'll have to call Sky a number of times and spend a few hours on it.
But there is a small team that within Sky that can cancel the credit argument and arrange collection of Glass. (Regardless of what they might say)
Please note that you will lose Sky service at that point regardless of when they are picking it up. You'll end up with another account number. If you returned you Q box(es) you'll need to arrange setting back up on Q and an engineer will need to visit.
Believe in better, don’t settle for mediocre.
