Replacement remote sky sound box

I need a replacement remote control for my sky sound box , does any know how I can get one

There was a post about this recently

a customer phoned Devialet (who designed the soundbox) but they said they did not actually make it, and that the remotes should be available direct from Sky

I've never seen soundbox remotes on the Sky website but I know there are soundbox specialists  there (usually )   as I spoke to a lady about 2 years ago when I had some technical questions 

I would just call sky and try to order.  If they say no, I would try to speak to a soundbox specialist

It was easy sort of  , I managed to get through , only because some one in my family is high risk, 

they had bit of a problem trying to find the option because they are working from home , as I’ve only  had the sound box for 2 months it is still in warrenty they was going to send a new sound box , which is crazy , then they found the remote control , but it was £12.99, so I paid it , but then they refunded me because a new sound box was free,  why should I pay for a remote , so they are going to send me a remote should take 5 working days to recive it

Not sure if you already sorted it but you can buy the replacement from sky .

I've just ordered one £12.99 had to ring and speak to customer service to order it as its not on the website

Can anyone advise if you are able to have 2 sky soundbox remotes connencted and working against the one soundbar... like you can with normal remot controls for most sky box's/Q

My guess is that you could use 2 original Soundbox remotes   I say this because there is no pairing process for the original Soundbox remote - so seems to me that the Soundbox would respond to whichever remote you pressed

I use 2 original sound box remotes on my sound box plus the sky q remote .

We are always misplacing the soundbox remote that's why we have 2 .
