Renew my broadband

My broadband contract will end in may and I need to renew it but it isn't working neither online nor via application , so can you help me with that ?

Renewing online for existing customers is difficult

 

We always advise to contact sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone

 

In that way your can renegotiate your contract

It's worth remembering that you're not 'renewing' the contract itself: that, and the broadband service, continues unless you specifically instruct Sky to cancel it, but typically at a higher monthly cost.  What you're seeking to do is start a new minimum contract term in order to benefit from lower pricing.
