Hi, I cancelled my account some months ago and I am just wondering why Sky haven't credited the money they owe me?
It seems to be a recurring problem!

Automatic refunds could take up to six weeks from the last day of your service connection and goes to the payment method on file if it’s still active, otherwise if you call Sky they can manually process the refund in 3-5 working days.

Thanks I have seen the standard reply.
I was asking why I haven't been credited.
Is it Sky policy to make me phone up and spend time on a help line in order to process a payment which should be made automatically?
