Recording problems

I have Sky signature but cannot access certain channels on catch up through the Sky Q box. I can through my phone in the Sky Go App. Sky Atlantic. Showcase and Comedy being 3 and strangely Ch4. I get a prompt telling me I need to upgrade. Any ideas ?

Do you have the HD add on - if not please try changing the default download preference to SD in

Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

Hi @Kendall   Do you subscribe to HD? If not you must download in SD.
