Receiving Duplicate E-mails

A few weeks ago I started to see Duplicate E-Mails in my Inbox. They appeared together issued at the same time. Initially they were from the same single source but over the last couple of days have seen more duplicates from other sources. On contacting the Support of the initial source they informed me that their system was not generating the duplicates and that it was an issue with my e-mail providers system not recognising that it had delivered the initial E-mail. I treated this reply with a degree of suspicion as it was just happening with their E-Mails but now that other sources are appearing clearly I have a more wide ranging problem. It is more an irritation than preventing me using my e-mails but dont really want it to spread to all Inbox messages.

Or a program like Outlook etc ?

Thanks for a reply. the answer to your question is that I sign in with my Sky Log-In and then access my E-Mails via the drop down menu.

Is this the only way you access them, you don't use any other program or app on a phone for example ?

I just use Yahoo on my Sky Account using my Laptop.

I am having this same problem..I primalrily access emails via Outlook on my esk top but sometimes on my phone via the Sky website..can anyone help please/

Via Outlook and your phone is you account setup as a POP account because if it is then make sure the option to leave a copy of the email on the server is not ticked.
