Over the last week I have received and read emails, some of which have been important. But when I go back in they are missing. They have not been deleted and have not gone into junk, deleted folders etc. why is this happening. It does not matter what device is in use at the time. I also cannot send emails replies from my mobile as I keep getting invalid password n

Find out moreIs this happening when you you access your emails via the Sky website, if so then on your other devices that you access your emails are they set up via the POP or IMAP server as it needs to be the latter to prevent them from being removed when read as it could be that they are set up to be deleted from the server when they have been downloaded to something like your mobile.
