I have not had any engineer to install any of my sky equipment also I don't have any sky box but been charged they have taken £170 as an yearly amount but I have had no sky why since first lockdown please can someone help

Can you provide some more details @Watp1690 , are you saying your instaltion was cancelled for Sky TV or Broadband but you are now being charged for it ?

Still not been helped ive called, emailed and been on here, my sky hasn't been live since there was a problem with the dish in 2019, so cancelled it, that's fine they 1of your team calls and make a deal that the money that I had iver paid yous would go towards a new package and a didn't have to pay a penny until 2023, but since agreeing to that I've NEVER had any engine to my house to install anything, I've also not even received any equipment as I had sent the sky box back when cancelled in the 1st place, so now ive been getting bank charges as you keep taken money from me WHEN I DONT EVEN OWEN ANY OF YOUR EQUIPMENT,  so far u have taken over £200 and r still trying to get £170from my bank. PLEASE SORT TBINS AS IM TAKEN IT FURTHER. spoke with someone they said the manager would call me back and am still waiting.  very very poor customer service.

It's hard to understand from your posts what has happened here, but clearly the only way to sort it out is for you to speak with Sky again.

 

We can ask Sky if they're able to get in touch with you here via on line messaging, or you could call them again to follow it up.

 

Let us know which you prefer.
