Oh dear, Sky called and said no engineer coming. She said a computer fault failed to send the installation dates out to the engineers. Now being told we have to wait until Thursday 22nd March. Not acceptable, not taking more time off work. Told the customer advisor I would be off Tuesday 20th and if they won't do it then, the whole package, tv and fibre, wold be cancelled. Now waiting for a return phone call from them. Don't think I will be continuing with the order anyway. No confidence in Sky at all now. Will go down the Freesat route and fibre with another company.
