Randox Health emails not reaching sky yahoo inbox

I'm waiting for emails from Randox Health re Covid Tests.  My wife uses gmail and has hers.  I haven't blocked or filtered Randox and they're not in spam.  So it seems as if it's the system that's stopping them.  Anyone know how to fix this, as you'll understand this is very important!

@finwiz  Have you checked the spam/junk folder as it is likely the email are going to there.  I don't think emails will be bloccked as such.

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@finwiz as @GD1 posted, check your Junk/Spam/Trash folders. Check online via your browser, rather than an app or client, as they may not reach an app or client if they've been pre-filtered by Sky Yahoo Mail.

@Mark39 @GD1 Thanks guys, but I did say junk/spam etc. wasn't the issue.  @Mark39 sorry but I'm not techy enough to understand your second sentence!

@caesarome OK tried that, took me to my email inbox, checked junk, spam, deleted folders - there is no trash folder - so no joy.
