RECORDINGS

I LOGGED INTO MY SKY GO APP YESTERDAY AND SET THE FOOTBALL (ENGLAND GAME) TO RECORD TO MY SKY BOX.  IT CAME UP WITH THE RED RECORD LOGO AS IF IT WAS ALL SET TO RECORD AND THEN WHEN I GOT HOME IT HADNT RECORDED.  DIDNT SHOW AS FAILED.  INFACT DIDNT SHOW ANYWHERE SO MISSED THE GAME    WHY DID THIS HAPPEN

Please don't shout.

 

No idea why it didn't record so have you tried using the app to set another recording to see if this then works.

Typing in uppercase letters is shouting.

 

Can you not set a recording for any channel ?

Download and open Sky+ app, then click the spanner icon.

select "Recordings & downloads" from the Settings section.

you should see your Sky card number listed under Remote record, and Remote download.

 

IMPORTANT - make sure that there is a blue tick mark against each of them. 

 

Then try again.
