Purchased a movie in error

I purchased a movie in ultra HD but my tv is not ultra Hd.  Can I cancel my purchase

If it's a rental, then just delete it then delete again from your deleted folder 

 

You won't be charged as you haven't played any of it 

 

Then just rent again in HD

 

If it was a buy to keep, you will need to contact the Skystore team to ask if they will refund
