Puck

Finally got the TV wall mounted (that's a palaver), and paired the remotes with the TV, then the puck. 

 

Going through the process of setting up the puck on the second TV when we get an onscreen message advising we need Sky Ultimate package to view? 

 

We have that?

 

Guess a call to Sky this morning and a lady at the other end going through her "workarounds" again?

My puck also displayed this after the last software update despite working fine for the previous 5 weeks. Turning the power off and back on sorted it out.
