Puck frozen

I turned my TV on this morning and a message saying that I walked out of the room and due to being carbon neutral blah blah, that it will turn off my TV.    The message wouldn't go away and the only thing I could do was use voice control with a delay.

I had to do the usual turn off at the wall to get it to work normally.  

 

Perhaps it's all to do with the power saving night mode?

I would turn it off

I have the same issue. Also my tv keeps coming on in the night

For the puck unplug for 1 minte then plug back in

 

For the TV go into the settings menu --> Start up and Standby --> Enhanced Experience = Off

Thanks, although we should not have to keep recycling the power for the puck everyday. When will this be fixed
