Programs available to me

I spoke to mark yesterday who said the things I mentioned to him were available to me on SD and not HD I thought my package said HD . Please advise . He advised me to call today and get some  hiteck guy to help sort  this out I will call  sky now for that help. I am very disappointed  at choice of sport  for instance the day match on 401 and 402  the same   The last Chelsea game was not available to. me , I am not that mad about football Iprefer. rugby now but that's on BT  he did cut 10euro off my package  did that happen? I will make the call now and see what I can see on tv as I can on tablet. Many thanks

The Premiere League sold some matches exclusively to BT Sport and some to Amazon Prime.  It's their product, so they can do that.

The last Chelsea game was on Amazon Prime and not Sky so you could have signed up to a months trial which would allowed you to watch it.

@Quiddy Channel 401 (Sky Sports Main Event) is always the same as one of the other sports channels. That's what the channel is, the main (usually live) event.
